Independent of the cases type there are procedures which produce documents(exchange of letters).During that, nearly all documents are send in repeated explanation to the different participants (client, defendant, court).Then a large part of the correspondence serves only the documentation and not accomplish a documentary purpose,at that point the idea was born to send the documents through the World Wide Web. For this solution there has been developed an application which includes an individual private area and the possibility for file-uploads.
Furthermore there was set up a relational data model to save the relevant information structural and to evaluate it aimed.
